Last chance to #HelpKidsLiveBetter at Walmart and Sam’s Club

Local Walmart and Sam’s Club stores have once again joined forces to “Change Kids’ Health, Change the Future” by raising money for Children’s of Mississippi during the annual #HelpKidsLiveBetter campaign.

This year’s register campaign started on June 22 and ends on July 31. Customers and members can conveniently round-up their total to the nearest dollar and donate their change when they check out at any Walmart or Sam’s Club stores.

Since the start of the campaign on June 22, the 35 Walmart and Sam’s Club stores in the central Mississippi area have raised more than $150,000 for Children’s of Mississippi! You can help make that amount even larger by rounding-up your total when you shop at Walmart or Sam’s Club anytime through July 31.

Pediatric healthcare is underfunded. Money raised at Walmart and Sam’s Club helps close this funding gap. All funds raised at Walmart and Sam’s Club locations in central Mississippi directly benefit the kids treated at Children’s of Mississippi.

Walmart and Sam’s Club joined the CMN Hospitals fundraising family in 1987 with Sam Walton himself being personally involved in the beginning of the relationship between the organizations. The #HelpKidsLiveBetter campaign supports Walmart’s goal of giving back to local communities.
